Vienna - Protest Against Taliban Negotiations 2025

15 September 2025 - Just because I'm on holiday doesn't necessarily mean the protest photos stop. I heard this march passing a few streets away from my hotel room and immediately went out to chase it down. The march was against the recent opening of negotations between a delegation of Taliban representatives and the Austrian Interior Ministry which seeks to create a process for deporting people to Afghanistan with the assistance of the Taliban government.
